What We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:
- Name (or preferred name)
- Telephone number (for session delivery)
- Email address (for booking confirmation only, if applicable)
- Booking details (date, time, session length)
- Payment status (confirmation only — not card or bank details)
- Any optional information you choose to share with us
We do not collect unnecessary personal data.
Conversations & Content
Sessions are private and not recorded.
We do not retain details of conversations, topics discussed, or personal disclosures made during a session.
The service is conversational companionship. It is not:
- Therapy
- Counselling
- Medical advice
- A crisis or emergency service
If you are in immediate danger or distress, please contact local emergency services or a crisis support provider.
Call Handling & Disconnections
- Calls are made discreetly at the scheduled time
- If you miss the initial call we will make one additional call back exactly 5 minutes later. Example: if your schedule time was 3pm and the call is missed, a final call will be made at 3:05pm. If the second call is unsuccessful, the session will conclude
- If a call disconnects unexpectedly, we may attempt one reconnection within a short period, provided sufficient session time remains
- If reconnection is not successful, the session will conclude
- No further attempts will be made beyond this.
- It is the guest’s responsibility to be somewhere discreet and uninterrupted for the duration of the call
Delivery
All sessions are provided via outbound calls only. Incoming calls are not accepted.
Services are remote and delivered via telephone only. In-person meetings are not offered.
Payments & Financial Information
Payments on this site are processed securely via third-party payment processors. We do not store or have access to your full card or payment details.
Wish List Submissions
If you use the Wish List feature:
- No personal details are required
- Submissions are anonymous unless you choose otherwise
- Information is used only to understand general demand
Wish List submissions do not guarantee availability or priority access.
Emails & Notifications
We send minimal, discreet emails related to bookings.
Email content is intentionally brief to protect your privacy.
No sensitive conversation details are included.
You are responsible for ensuring that your email inbox is private and secure.
Data Storage & Retention
- Booking data is retained only as long as necessary for operational and legal purposes
- Anonymous submissions are not linked to identifiable individuals
- We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data
Respecting Boundaries
Misuse of the service, attempts to involve others, or actions that compromise privacy may result in session termination without refund.
