1. About Sierra Companions
Sierra Companions provides a private, appointment based telephone companionship service for adults aged 18 and over.
Guests book scheduled calls in advance to speak with a companion in a relaxed and discreet environment.
Sierra Companions provides conversational companionship only.
2. Age Requirement
All guests must be 18 years of age or older to use this service.
By making a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
3. Booking Process
All sessions must be booked in advance through the Sierra Companions website.
Once a booking is confirmed and payment has been received, the selected time slot is reserved exclusively for that guest.
Guests will receive confirmation of their booking by email.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that the contact phone number provided during booking is correct and that they are available to answer the call at the scheduled time.
4. Call Timing
Calls are scheduled at the exact time selected during booking.
Companions will call the guest using the contact number provided during the booking process.
If the call is not answered, the companion will attempt one additional call approximately five minutes later.
If the second call is also not answered, the session will be considered completed and no further call attempts will be made.
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are available to answer the call at the scheduled time.
5. Payments
All bookings must be paid for in advance.
Prices are clearly displayed on the website and may change at any time.
Payment processing is handled securely through Sierra Companions’ chosen payment provider.
Your payment will appear discreetly on your bank statement as SC Base.
6. Refund Policy
All bookings are non refundable once confirmed.
Because time slots are reserved exclusively for each guest, cancellations, missed calls, or failure to answer the scheduled call cannot be refunded.
Refunds will only be issued if Sierra Companions is unable to provide the booked service due to a technical or operational issue on our side.
7. Behaviour Expectations
Guests are expected to behave respectfully at all times.
The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:
Harassment or abusive behaviour
Illegal activity
Requests involving minors
Attempts to obtain personal information about companions
Requests to meet companions in person
If these boundaries are not respected, the call may be ended immediately without refund.
8. Companion Privacy
Companions use professional names and their personal identities are protected.
Guests must not attempt to obtain personal contact details or arrange meetings outside of the Sierra Companions platform.
9. Nature of the Service
Sierra Companions provides telephone companionship and conversation services only.
The service is intended to provide friendly, relaxed conversation in a respectful and discreet environment.
10. Call Monitoring
Calls may occasionally be monitored or reviewed to ensure service quality, safety, and adherence to Sierra Companions standards.
11. Service Changes
Sierra Companions reserves the right to modify services, pricing, or availability at any time.
